A Few Bad Words

You attract the good you put out into the world just as well as the bad.

No. We do not always awaken courageously for the day that awaits ahead. We do not always honor ourselves. We do not always speak in a positive light to ourselves. We often succumb to the belittling opinions we hold against ourselves. We succumb to negative self-talk.

Our inner voice is just as strong as our very tongues. It follows us throughout the day with constant thoughts and opinions that can diminish our potential, and in the end, we rival our own self.

You’ve found yourself awakening in the morning expecting the worst from the day ahead, filtering the positive into only seeing the negative, or burdening yourself with mistakes outside of your control, you’ve fallen into negative self-talk.

It brings the wrong things into the limelight, revealing your fears and weak areas of not only yourself but also the world. Without intention, we practice this vice developing it into a habit. A habit that regresses self-esteem.

Negative thoughts soundly attach themselves to your attitude even after finding the positive. Approach yourself and the day ahead with a lavish mind to fulfill potential.

Reminding yourself of your blessings grants you the relief from seeing the world as half empty and remember the glass is half full. Speaking and seeing life for the things it has rather than the things it lacks refines your viewpoint into seeing the positive and diminishes the negativity.

Negative self-talk is unprovoked and needs very little attention to become a habit, one that is commonly outfitted by everyday people.

We’re thoroughly challenged at times in life and we often tie ourselves to our present circumstances and then say I can’t do it. But to all intents and purposes, we can only do what we are able to do in that moment in time. And so we forget to ask how can I do this?

They say what you surround your mind with comes naturally as it thrives when nourished by your heart, so, choose productivity over giving in to the negativity.

If we can speak things into existence, then only speak the good.

Productivity is time under thought. It is understanding what works and what won’t and knowing that you’ll find many more than enough methods that won’t work until you finally find one that will. In other words, productivity is persistence.

When your thoughts are productive, you’re centered by the flourishes that bring fortunate growth and new chances.

We’re all products of our upbringings. Whether that is the good or the bad, we become the things we surround ourselves with, influencing our thoughts and attitudes.

Focus on the good in life that inspires positive self-esteem and progressive growth.

Think and speak the good to yourself and you’ll find just how much dormant potential it is that you truly have.
